This was the worst experience ever! The staff at this restaurant spit in my coffee for no reason. The drive-thru operator did not understand English and got offended when I tried to speak louder to make them hear me. On my fifth attempt to order a simple cappuccino, things only got worse. When I had to raise my voice, they changed operators, who then inputted a medium size cappuccino instead of a small like I asked for. They started working on other orders before finally bringing me my coffee after I had to wait for 5 minutes. When I suspected that they had contaminated my drink, I asked for it to be redone but the same operator tried to hide from me and the manager would not listen to my co...
I placed my order via the drive-through. After I finished placing my order, she goes.... Oh, our shake machine is down! Why is the shake machine always down? You are only a couple of days into the Shamrock Shakes, and you can't even serve them. How disappointing! Plus, the fries took forever. They make you pull away from the window so that their drive-through times will look good even if they are taking extra time. I will not return to this location. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes or so to a different location or just eat elsewhere!
If I could give a lower rating, I would. This place is horrible. The staff are miserable and rude, the fries taste terrible, and I witnessed two managers flipping out on a girl in the lobby over her pants. The wait for food is over 30 minutes and they still manage to get orders wrong. Save yourself time and money and go to the restaurant down the road. This place is a joke and has only gotten worse over the years.
Food has gone downhill. Smaller everything! Way more expensive! Love the soda for $1! You've gotten my orders wrong 50% of the time. I get tired of calling. So you don't anymore. I just expect it I prefer BK's burgers and fries over McDonald's any day. Although I love your breakfast everything over an other fast food . And your chicken nuggets also!

The food was haphazardly assembled, hardly resembling a sandwich. I even paid extra for sauce, which was already frustrating, but they didn't even give it to me. When I called the restaurant, the staff seemed uninterested and there were multiple people on the phone, which was odd.
I eat here about once every month or two, and I can never remember a time that the restaurant was dirty when I was there. It’s always nice and clean. The staff are very kind and a couple of them will even tell jokes to make you laugh in the mornings.
The employees made the best of their unfortunate situation, as the fountain pop machine was not in operation. Yet, they were able to produce a medium coke with ice by pouring it from a bottle and adding ice from a bag of ice cubes. Way to go!
Got an unmixed oreo blizzard. Don't get me wrong, the green streaks looked cool but I like the stuff mixed together. Also a Half hot fudge Sunday that was also half melted. Probably won't return to that one

Bought my son a happy meal, and the toy is just a cheap folded up picture of Mickey Mouse. Let's be honest The toy is a kid's favorite part, and a picture is not a toy.
