I recently had a disappointing experience at the El Cabo McDonald's. The staff was unfriendly, and my breakfast was unsatisfactory. The potatoes were too salty, and the sausages had an unpleasant smell and taste. The first bite was sour, and the odor upset my stomach. I ate the meal at 9 a.m., and I was still feeling unwell by 2 p.m. When I returned the food, the manager suggested the problem might be linked to a different branch. I showed my receipt and explained that the cashier should have ensured the food was fresh, not previously frozen. If this low quality continues, they risk losing customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
I usually don’t bother rating McDonald’s since their food tends to be the same reheated fast food, but this location really nails it! My quarter pounder yesterday was probably the best I’ve ever had. Granted, I had just spent two days visiting San Diego Zoo and La Jolla (lots of steep hills), was stuck in traffic for two hours with kids, and was starving—but still, that burger tasted amazing in ways I didn’t know McDonald’s could achieve! Honestly, this McDonald’s has always stood out as the better one. The owner/manager deserves credit for making it better than the typical franchise experience. 5 STARS!!
This new restaurant has a bit of a learning curve for both staff and customers when it comes to navigating the drive-thru lines, but overall, the food is quite good. I decided to sample the fries topped with grilled onions, and they were delicious. Next time, I think I'll order the fries with a lighter amount of grilled onions to see if that gives a more homemade fried flavor.
Wow! What a surprisingly healthy dining experience! I ordered 98 Big Macs, 20 orders of 40-piece chicken nuggets, 40 Cokes, and 30 large fries, and everything turned out to be so wholesome! Amazingly, I only gained 2 pounds in total! Incredible! The service was a perfect 10/10! The staff told me I was their biggest customer, which was truly an honor!

There’s often something wrong with my order at McDonald's. While their advertising and app deals are great, the accuracy and availability of orders for pickup leave much to be desired. I’d say they get it right about 60% of the time, which is frustrating because no one wants to double-check their order or go back to fix mistakes.
This McDonald's has always been a great place to eat but they have had problems servicing the drive thru in the early morning. I had hoped they would get this issue fixed after speaking to them about it months ago but the issue persist s. So if you go here early in the morning, expect to wait 10 minutes or more at the drive thru.
I usually avoid fast food chains unless they are either very disappointing or surprisingly good. In this case, this place was outstanding! The staff was super friendly and our order was prepared quickly. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant.
The restaurant's lobby closes at 7 PM, and the drive-thru line is quite lengthy. The quality of McDonald's food doesn't justify the wait. I'd rather spend my money at In-N-Out instead.
