The restaurant has the most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. If they make a mistake with your order, they refuse to correct it. They are lazy and make customers wait for their food, often causing it to get cold. They frequently lie about who the manager is and do not allow customers to speak to anyone for assistance. If you ask for a refund (even if you haven't eaten the food), they refuse and tell you to call someone else. They use vulgar language and insult customers, even if they are polite and just asking for help. You will never receive the assistance you need or get your order. They are dishonest and deceitful.
There are a few McDonald's in the area, and this one is by far the worst. They must be understaffed or something. Which, if true, isn't necessarily their fault, but still. I ordered a Happy Meal and 2 McDoubles, and it took them over 15 minutes just to make it and then I had to go up to the door to get it myself. They also don't know how to read, because I asked for cheese on the Happy Meal and they didn't do that either. This isn't the first time they've done this either. It's just unfortunate that people can't do a simple job, and yet demand the pay of someone who can.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was already with this mcdonald and it wasn't the biggest, but I thought it was a because and I would shoot it. big mistake! such a rude ride through girls. I wanted to use my app bogo breakfast sandwich and she said there was the 2 for 5, I checked the app code and I gave her the right code, I said that 's not what I wanted and she said: good it is not much different in the price very rude. that is by far the worst mcdonald’s I have ever been. This was the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The young black ladies in the drive thru was seriously ignorant and they definitely need a coarse on customer service. If these are the type of individuals representing your establishment that’s definitely a Shame , it’s no wonder the parking lot is completely empty. Also, too add insult to injury, the manager had the same attitude.. There’s a better way of telling a customer that the store is closed. Please teach your employees that..

This restaurant review is terrible. The workers were rude teenagers who couldn't even get my order right. They gave me two medium-sized drinks but charged me for large ones. When I asked for large drinks, they insisted that the medium was already large. This place should be shut down. I eat out often and have never been treated so poorly by teenagers before.
I was pleasantly surprised by the temperature of the food, which was hot, and the overall taste was excellent. The staff were very professional and this restaurant stood out as a place where I didn't feel the usual heaviness after eating fast food like McDonald's. Even an hour after our meal, we didn't feel weighed down. Overall, a great experience.
This restaurant is awful! The staff is rude and unhelpful. They keep customers waiting without acknowledging them, and when they finally do, they have an attitude. I wonder if the owner ever reads these reviews? Despite living close by, I will now be going to the McDonald's on Ford Road instead. They offer much better service.
