It's McDonald's, so I probably shouldn’t be here in the first place, but when I’m craving some indulgent fast food, this location never disappoints. The staff here has been surprisingly amazing. They may be a bit rough around the edges (which I appreciate), but they are always cheerful and friendly. Their sense of humor shines through, and it’s clear that they enjoy their work while still taking it seriously. A special shoutout to the guy who put my drink cup inside another cup and said, "Don’t wanna give ya sticky hands." You’re fantastic, and I can’t stop using that line in different contexts, always laughing! You all are great!
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service, especially from the manager. I requested a refund for my payment made with a $5 bill. Instead of returning the $5, I received a handful of ones and some coins. When I asked for the correct change, I was told they didn't have any. If you can't provide change, why hand me a bunch of ones and coins instead of giving back the bill I just gave you? I've never faced such an issue getting my money back anywhere else before! It turned into an unnecessarily frustrating 5-minute wait for nothing.
I ordered a straightforward breakfast consisting of 6 sausage McMuffins with egg and 6 hash browns. Unfortunately, I drove a few blocks away before checking the bag. When I finally opened it, I discovered I had received 6 breakfast sandwiches, but only 5 hash browns, and there were no napkins at all. Is it really that hard to count to six and include some napkins? If I could give this experience zero stars, I would, but the app only lets me give a minimum of 1 star.
This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I waited in the drive-thru, only to be sent to a different line for my crispy sandwich. I ordered a free Big Mac with no onions or pickles, but they didn’t even bother to remove the rotten lettuce. I’m really disappointed. It was a complete waste of my time, and I ended up throwing the sandwich away.

This McDonald's has the typical atmosphere you expect. It can get quite busy, and with a limited number of staff, cleanliness occasionally falls behind while they focus on serving customers. I also noticed that they no longer offer self-order kiosks. Overall, it's an acceptable spot for our not-so-great food choices!
I'm really frustrated with the service I've been getting. The fries and burgers are consistently cold. Instead of discarding food after the designated time, they sell it, which is unacceptable. With the long lines, there's no reason for me to be served cold food.
The breakfast staff at McDonald's are pretty reliable when it comes to getting my order right. I usually order a medium coffee, large Coke, and a simple sausage McMuffin—hard to mess that up. I really appreciate the morning team!
Barbara, the manager, is fantastic. I haven't encountered a true leader like her in years. She managed to defuse a situation before it escalated. As long as she's there, I will definitely support this place.

The fries were limp, and my shake had a hint of caramel flavor. Overall, it was just average.
