I am extremely unhappy with the idea of not having an eftpos machine at the drive thru counter and having the staff take my debit card behind the back (not in my view) for 6 or so minutes. It is extremely against the law to be taking someone's card without their permission. We don't know what they could be doing. There have been numerous incidents where debit cards have been skimmed and fraud has occurred. Furthermore, I told the staff member that my pay pass does not work (causes complications when done) and I need to write my pin in the machine and she nodded, took my debit card and pay passed it HERSELF without me seeing in another room away from the drive thru. they can never get the order right and are way too busy talking to each other rather than serving customers . they took over 17 minutes to make a mc flurry they were too busy talking amongst them selfs to do their job . the restaurant is always dirty food from customers food left everywhere for ages . they don't clean up . nor do they even wipe the tables down . they are constantly too busy talking about make up and parties. and gossip its amazing what you hear when your waiting for your food. they are a horrible restaurant to visit honestly the toilets never have toilet paper and its always dirty.
North Parramatta Maccas. Corner Victoria Road and Church St North Parramatta Both girls were friendly and helpful. I ordered a McChicken burger which was good but I also ordered a Summer Sides Box which, instead of being neatly presented in a Summer sides box was all jammed together in a pretty ordinary Fan Feed Box. The Hash Brown bites were very dry and the Chicken McBites weren't much better. If it weren't for the Chicken McNuggets I could have chucked the lot in the bin. I won't be going to North Parramatta Maccas again.
I am truly shocked with this McDonald's as they seem unlike mcdonalds we know.Every time I go in there to get breakfast they are not the normal bubbly friendly staff you see at McDonald's and you get treated terribly and no greeting and queues really long. Management appears very poor looking at the staff and service. I feel mcdonalds are losing their bounce and lustre and they need to fix this store quickly.

The restaurant is not reliable and frequently forgets items when using the drive-through. My burgers are often sloppy and not assembled properly. There are long waits in the drive-through, and customers are frequently directed to the waiting area.
This is a typical MacDonalds outlet but provides you with the necessary quick food in a tidy and clean way. On the main road it is convenient and fast which is what it should be.
what you'd expect of a McDonalds. Seems to be a place Parramatta Eels fans like to visit prior to a local game. Quick service, food average to above average for McDonalds.
I got a parking fine for 1 hour 23 minutes, and there is not many customers inside the place. $106 fine on top of normal breakfast price - I wish I never be there...

Average fast food. Not so quick service. Difficult access to parking from Victoria road. Very difficult to park in peak hours so try drive in.
Not the best Maccas I have been to. Service is slow. Parking is almost always parked out with people going into Parramatta.
