Please replace the narrow order box in the drive-thru; it looks very shabby and is only held together by tape. Also, be aware that cash is not accepted here. I wanted to pay with cash since I had just been paid that way, but the credit card machine was accidentally extended through the lower slot of the Plexiglas shield. Orders are usually accurate, but our requests to have no ice cream in our drinks are rarely honored.
I urgently needed to use the restroom for health reasons and was planning to order food, but they refused to let me use the restroom. They wouldn’t open it for customers. I will never eat at McDonald’s again. I had to use the gas station restroom instead. Thanks, McDonald’s in Alban. I want everyone to know that I was denied access to the restroom when I needed it immediately.
This McDonald's was better before it burned down tbh. I've been here a few times since they reopened and my order is always wrong or something is missing from the order. Ordered a Steak Egg and cheese McMuffin, got a Steak egg and cheese bagel. Onanother day I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, got a regular chicken sandwich.
I don’t get it. Waited 15 minutes for my nuggets after being told to pull forward in the drive-thru. Strange. Then they gave me the wrong sauce. Ridiculous. I know it’s just McDonald’s, but it wasn’t even busy. Book a table now
I dislike McDonald's and would avoid going there if it weren’t for my young children. They constantly get my order wrong, and I’ve had to go inside after using the drive-thru just to receive my full order.
McDonald's offers great service at the drive-thru, with the line moving quickly. The menu has a variety of options to choose from, making the experience convenient and satisfying.
McDonald?s was quick location but check your food. My order was incorrect they fixed it quickly but still annoying when you order it on the app.
Didn't offer me the large cup when buying sweet tea, The nuggets we're over cooked , and I was given a bag even though I dined in, Book a table now
