We were hoping the Big Mac would be great it didn't taste good and the Patty was so tiny totally over powered by the bread. We had no idea. So I won't be going to McDonald's anymore I'll pay another dollar more and check out Wayback Burger or Five Guys. These are amazing burgers. Actually it's the exact same price as what they were asking for for a big size double Patty burger at McDonalds. They got so uncaring their fries are still good even though they dip them in that beef chemical broth I will still buy their fries. I went through the drive thru to order I usually order more than two orders now all of a sudden there is some”policy”where you can only order one order at the drive thru and if u want to order more you have to go inside.I found this funny because first of all I usually order two or more orders at the drive thru and second the same girl that told us this told us a couple weeks back that we can only order 2 orders at the drive thru(which is not true because I’ve order multiple orders at more than one McDonald’s).Staffis incredibly rude and unprofessional do not go to this McDonald’s .
I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for a long time and the two things that never in this particular location is the food and the service. Whenever I go here I always get cold food. The food is never fresh and it always seems like it’s just sitting there. Also the service is horrible no matter how many times they change management. If your looking to get fresher food and better service go to another McDonalds.
this McDonald shop never gets the right recipe for the sweet icy. sometimes it is water down, or too sweet without the tea component. Today it is too sweet as if I drink a maple syrup. can they call the uniondale 1050 front street location and learn how to mix their icy? You should.

Hmmm..I like McDonald's nugget. I don't know what is wrong, but this branch served me worst nugget ever. Tyson frozen nugget warmed up with microwave tastes better.
