very poor customer service we ordered from here and the half of the order was mixed and the half never arrived. chips were so cold and saw white, the drinks were like water with color tasteless. it is not our first time to order from this mcdonald’s, but it will be our last. the children who work there do not take their work seriously. I hate everything about my order that I really wanted to enjoy that she returned my half money and charged for the rest. so **** disappointed. not happy.
3 times they now forget straws/napkins and pommes, it is not really difficult, after calling the load at this opportunity they have told me that they cannot help large job-maccas. never go there, this is my recommendation, go to kfc or hungry jacks? store manager was useless!
The drivers showers are absolutely disgusting. pick your game up, especially with all this covid19 and you leave your showers looking like this.... absolutely disgusting. I have photos and these will be forwarded on to the relevant authorities.
