HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I ordered food TONIGHT large rice beans with Griot (pork shoulder). The lady that answered the phone was BEYOND rude! Rushed me off the phone while ordering. I get there and asked for extra sauce( in which I usually pay for $2) told me there was no sauce. Ok I asked for extra pickles (mind you in looking at the container full of them) she said no I said I have no problem paying for it she said no. Then I get home and opened my food and IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I asked for GRIOT and they gave me ribs! EXCUSE ME! I typically don’t enjoy beans as I find most places don’t prepare them well, but I was pleasantly surprised here—the beans were so delicious that I finished them all! Contrary to some of the rude service reviews I had read on Google, I experienced great service, which is rare for me. Most places rush you or leave you waiting, but they were patient and helpful with my order. The gentleman even offered me a free drink!

The food is good. They never have what’s on the menu expect for white rice and chicken or goat. They recommend to call ahead, but they give nothing but attitude. Then when you arrive they continue to give an attitude and talk trash about the customer in creole. Owner seriously needs to hire new workers. This is disgusting customer service
I absolutely love this place! The staff is attentive and greets customers with a smile, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. They are very professional, and the food is delicious. Food is decent to be honest, but here’s my problem. This is the second time I order food, go pick it up and when I get home it’s not what I ordered. Even tho I tell them what I ordered when I got there, guess I’m too blame as well. Just be careful. Incompetent staff!!!
The food was excellent, and the service was acceptable. I would definitely return without hesitation, as they were very accommodating.
That's the ONLY place I eat. I love their cooking. It's not greasy and the people are super nice.
