So disappointed in our food from the Mellow Mushroom in Roswell. We spent $83 on two large pizzas and a small salad. One of the pizzas was fine though barely warm. The other one was cold, even though we got it right after it had come out of the kitchen, and it looked like it was an already-cooked cheese pizza they had just thrown toppings on. I say this because the cheese was under the toppings and looked completely melted yet the toppings were loose on top, cold and no additional cheese! We placed an order online and were there when it was supposed to be done. We had to go back in THREE different times because it wasn’t ever ready for pickup. we went here to the Mother's Day, and it was very disappointing. we sat immediately, but then they forgot us and we waited 25 minutes for our order. then they forgot us a second time and we waited for another 45 minutes to eat. the waitresses came up and wanted to ask if we needed something, but noticed that we had not eaten ours. She said you were waiting, let me check this. they came back a few minutes later with our pizzas, but they were cold. we never got an apology or something like that. I'm not going back to this place.
it seems there is no competent management. wait for a table after an hour. we had been informed that the acquisition of seats would not really be an option that we would have left earlier. they get that they have difficulty getting personal, but someone must be responsible. update 6/7: since then they are back, and they seem to fix the problems most recently. change my rating to 4/5 stars.
I'd rather pick up a frozen pizza than get back to eat from this mellow mushroom. my wife and I ordered a chicken pizza, had very little sauce and only one mountain cheese on it. but the worst was the wings, they were gum-like and smelled like they were sitting in the fridge for a month. in the grunde overpriced tankstelle. do not recommend.
