I was very excited to try this place. Never saw it before but I?m here right now with my daughter. Ordered a 4 piece Korean BBQ tenders w fries. Tastes great! And the tenders are big and juicy. .. only problem is when I went back to let the cashier knowthey gave me a 3 piece instead, the cook said I was lying and that she did give me a 4 piece.. I heard her laughing loudly as ifthat would change the fact that she gave me 3 tenders instead of 4? I couldn?t even eat 2! They were huge which I did not knowor I would have paid for the 3 to begin with. But since I paid for 4 that?s what I expected to get. Why would someone lie abouta single chicken tender??? That picture of the lady holding the grilled cheese here in the google maps search is a horrible lie. At least my grilled cheese had a crispy outside as they should, though a sad amount of cheese. My partners, on the other hand, had all my negatives plus asoggy, soft, lack of a crust. The worse was what appeared to be a layer of the saltiest... I don't know what, spread across theoutside of the bread. Which I can guess is what lent to the soggyness. Second time here and my last. The first with mydaughter was quite satisfying. But these were inexcusable.
Unfortunately I'm gonna have to say this deserved 0 Stars.I was really sexy to try this place but what a complete let down. Half of my order was wrong, items were missing from my order and wow is it all overpriced !!! I paid $15 for a burger melt that was as flat as a McDonald's burger and then I had to pay another $5 just for some fries and what a small amount it was. Not a single thing we ordered was worth the price. The packaging was awful horrible by the time the order arrived the part boxes were soggy and wriping it was a mess.
This was my first time trying Melt Shop, and I had a great experience thanks to a worker named Michell. She was extremely polite and professional, helping me choose the best option that she thought I would enjoy. She never rushed me, allowing me to take my time deciding what I wanted. I ended up getting the saucy tenders with loaded fries—I'm not sure about the exact name, but they were absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend it and will definitely be returning to see Michell again!

Disappointing. The amount of oil and presentation are simply disgusting. Tbh, the price and the wait times are not the best either (paid over $10 just for the sandwich and waited over 15 mins to order and pick up). The tots were also very dry, and notfresh tasting. The melt shop needs to step up their game or they?re going to continue to lose customers.
The food is yummy and well priced but the staff can be incompetent at times. It took them numerous tries to figure out the register and forgot the dressing for my salad after I had waited 20 minutes to get it. They were kind and remedied the situationbut waiting 30 minutes to get a salad is a long time.
Waited 20 minutes for this hockey puck. They were out of ketchup, mayo, and napkins. The restaurant was dirty, piles of food bin, half-open bread bag and for all to see without a care in the world. $50 down the drain.
Tastes just like homemade. The grilled cheese is cooked to perfection. The grilled cheese with a burger on top is absolutely delicious!
