The place was really busy and it was hard to mix my flavors the way I wanted to as a result, but that's not their fault. The assortment of toppings was delightful and really a broad range! If I hadn't liked what I'd gotten, really I would only have had myself to blame, but I loved it. Felt a little rushed but again, that was mostly due to the push of foot traffic. I especially appreciated that they had gloves available for everyone if they wanted them. Everything was delicious. And thank the Gods this is a national chain, so we can continue to be customers after we move away!
2020: Ordering online a disaster won't be going here until COVID 19 is gone. Why?: Horrible website, prices much higher than in store, hard to create login, hard to make order, ingredients not sync'd with store, won't accept either of 2 credit cards. For a chain this is unacceptable. Look at Chipotle for best in class; look at squareup.com for a FREE and better experience. I adore this venue very much. theres a very nice atmosphere. The kitcen is great. the service is effective and the stuff is very professional. The price is decent. greatly recommend.
The yogurt was disappointing. It had a bland taste and wasn't even frozen properly—just slightly cold.
It was good during covid you have to use hand sanitizer and wear gloves while making your yogurt
