My company caters this place often and everything I've tried has been delicious. Recently, I started visiting on my own and have always had a good experience but today was exceptionally great. Sarah was working and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, most places no longer do this. I inquired about the Peruvian Steak sandwich (I've never tried it) and if the meat was tender enough to eat with my braces. She assured me it was as her sister has braces and eats it with no issues. I’m never disappointed with a “Mendo” but this location went above and beyond. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I brought in an elderly family member with mobility issues. My boss and I were in town visiting from Ohio and we were absolutely blown away by the amazing service and food from Mendocino farms. Specifically, Sarah was outstanding and extremely personable. She gave us great advice on the best beach destination and saved us each an order of the couscous for dinner upon our return. The beet/goat salad and couscous were both delicious and the sweets were great as well. The entire staff was extremely kind and willing to help on tourist adivcr anf with food. We will 100% be back if we return to Carlsbad. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and I worked as a server for 8 years.

However, we have experienced some issues with our recent orders. The proportions of the salad have been off, with too much Cotija cheese overpowering the other flavors. Additionally, the cous cous we ordered tasted old and spoiled. These incidents have disappointed us, and we hope they are isolated cases. We will take a break from dining at Mendocino Farms until they resolve these quality issues.

The Banh Mi sandwich is delicious and definitely my favorite! The Modern Caesar Salad is also a standout, although they did forget to include tomatoes. However, it was not a big issue for me. Overall, the food at this restaurant always gets a perfect 10 out of 10 score.
The Pink Lady Beet Goat Cheese Salad and Vegan Banh Mi were delicious! The Creamy Potato Leek Soup was also very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning again and again. It's one of my favorite places to eat out!

Menu options were crazy awesome. Food itself was 5-star. The way they delivered the food was a bit wierd but the staff was friendly and great. Nice area of bressi ranch. Will go here again.
Chicken prosciutto sandwich here is one of the best sandwiches in San Diego. 10/10 ?
