Merci is located at the entrance to the Lago Center. Some of the offering on the menu consists of wraps, pasta, beef, fish, salads, burgers, beer, wine and desserts.The atmosphere is nice with floor to ceiling windows with a view out to the sidewalk tables and the masses coming and going to the Lago Center. The place seems to have a nice, relaxed designed environment. Plastic flowers decorate most of the tables and counter and the seating is plastic chairs and/or synthetic covered seats or benches. Looks great from the outside, and the menu looked like it would suit adults and children. In my reasonable German I ordered for myself and my children. I tried to clarify with the waitress about whether a cheese/tomato dish was salad, I mistakenly ordered something I then realised was not what I was actually hoping for, and I asked to change one of my dishes about 90 seconds after I'd ordered it... This apparently angered her so much that I dared to ask that she threw the menu at the bar on the way past to the kitchen - didn't return for over 5 minutes to tell me what food they would deign to bring me, when she did it was in the most appallingly rude way imaginable. Wir haben bereits mehrere Male im merci zu Mittag gegessen. Der Service ist stehts freundlich, zuvorkommend und korrekt. Das Essen hat uns immer geschmeckt aich ist das Ambiente sehr einladend. Ich empfehle daher dass merci jedem, der mal speziell im Lago ist und preiswert essen möchte. Die Getränke sind auch noch hervorzuheben.
Seit ca 10 Jahren gehen wir regelmäßig im Merci Frühstücken. Jahrelang gab es eigentlich nix zu beanstanden. Die Portionen sind aber in den letzten Monaten deutlich kleiner geworden. Schade. Auch beim Service ist vieles nicht mehr so wie früher. Das Merci bewegt sich definitiv in die falsche Richtung.

We usually go there for coffees and deserts, but they also serve creative and tasty menus, or simple meal. We had a wrap and a menu with aubergine lasagne, both were fantastic. The staff is efficient and friendly, we like to go again and again.
We tried a quick lunch at Merci: Chicken Teriyaki and the Cordon Bleu Pork. It was severed fast and the taste was ok. Service was average. They have both outdoor and indoor seating
Essen ist gut,man kann draußen schön sitzen. Sauber und übersichtlich. Service ist jedoch genervt, unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam.
Waren heute dort um etwas zu trinken und es war alles Super und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich!
