I have a friend that kept talking about this place and posts pictures every other day from here. I finally had to try it for myself. The place is really nice and has a great variety of menu options. The tacos I had were all delicious although at least 5 dollars per taco is a bit steep. The drinks were also good and there was a good variety. I had the Delicioso and a blood orange margarita which were both great! The Delicioso had a lot of bite to it with the jalapeno, which was awesome. I wish they had more outdoor seating because there were only 2 outdoor tables, but the setup was great for Royal Oak people watching. I would definitely go back when I'm in the area, or craving specialty tacos...
GOOD! I got the Blue dream and the kewl ranch taco with chicken. The blue dream was okay, but I don't love ground beef so that could have been more the issue than the taco. The kewl ranch was fantastic. I got it with the creamy avocado sauce and wished I would have ordered two. The only complaint I have is that the the rice and beans are ridiculously priced $1.25 rice $2.00 for beans) for a SIDE and come in a plastic portion container.. like the same size cup you'd get a side of ranch dressing in. That's ridiculous to say the least. I'd definitely try them again, but won't be ordering any sides.
The curb appeal is nice. Before you walk in you are asked to have on your mask upon entering. At the podium they ask that you only pay by card and to NOT pay by cash. Due to the social distancing with everything that's going on you will be pleasantly surprised to see that the tables are placed in spots that you will be comfortable. The only thing is the chairs can be a bit more comfortable. The food is delicious and the flavored lemonade is ok. The water will be enough because you will be enjoying the wonderful food they have.
We went in a group. The chips queso was tasty. Other than that it was average food. Nothing exceptional. I ordered a rice/bean bowl with steak. It was served in a paper bowl with a plastic spork ?. The steak strips were rubbery chewy clearly a cheap cut. The pitcher of margarita was basically lemonade with a tablespoon of alcohol. If you like eating on paper dishes with a plastic “spork” and weak margarita then you will love this place. The server was nice though so that made the dining experience better.

Great new place in Royal Oak. Flavors were spot on! So beautiful, the bright colors and fresh produce beg to be enjoyed! Extensive drink menu and tequila selection. I had the pineapple Express margarita and the classic margarita, both were amazing! Beware some of the salsas and sauces are spicy....get them on the side if you are unsure! We sat on the patio, which was perfect! The interior can be loud when the restaurant is at peak hours!
This is the second time I’ve been to Condados with my coworkers and it was fantastic! Going out with a large group is always awkward because you have to get the bill split up but not at Condados! Niki our waitress made everything easy for us, she split our taps up from the start and was always on top of our needs and orders! The food was good as always but the frozen seasonal margarita was incredible! 5/5 for sure!!
Awesome friendly service. Huge menu selection and all very good. Tasty entrees. Trendy atmosphere. Totally worth it. *More hand sanitizer bottles around the dining room please*
Most unusual tacos we've ever had.. and I mean that in a good way! This is our 3rd time eating here and the food has been great every time. My personal fav is The Heater.

Amazing nachos and drinks!! Value for quantity alone is great but the food is also delicious. Lots of premade options or build your own. Hard to go wrong here!
