I ordered through Uber Eats and specifically requested balsamic vinaigrette for my salad, along with two additional dressings on the side. When my order arrived, there was no dressing on the salad, and the side dressings were missing too. I immediately called the restaurant to resolve the issue, but nobody picked up. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the restaurant to explain the situation. I told the manager that I had tried to call multiple times without success, and her response was that their phones don’t ring. Unbelievable! She offered to remake my salads, but many of the ingredients from my original order were no longer available during the process. It was a total waste of my time and...
This restaurant offers a Mediterranean take on the Chipotle experience, and it's certainly a step up. The customization options for your bowl are virtually limitless, featuring a diverse selection of protein choices. The array of toppings is also quite remarkable. I tried the falafel on the side, and it was delightful. It's a fantastic spot for a quick and convenient lunch; I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes.
I truly appreciate the healthy options available at this restaurant, but I always feel disappointed when I order delivery through DoorDash from this location. They tend to skimp on the protein portions, particularly with the chicken shawarma, and the presentation is lacking. It often looks as if someone has already taken a bite out of my meal before it even arrives. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it definitely makes me hesitant to order from here again. It's quite a letdown.
The food here is so delicious, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The employees are so nasty towards the customers it?s unbelievable. I come to this location frequently and it?s ALWAYS a problem with their attitudes. I understand we are all goingthrough hard times right now, but don?t be disrespectful when you are handling peoples food and they are patronizing yourbusiness. If you want to eat here, choose another location. I will not be returning.

The Middle Eastern cuisine at this restaurant is excellent, particularly the tasty Turkish dishes! However, I did notice a few areas that could be tidied up behind the counter. Additionally, the preparation time for items like the spicy lamb kefta could be a bit quicker, and the social distancing measures could use some improvement. Despite these minor concerns, Mezeh is still one of my favorite places to visit!
The food was really good but they need to work on their customer service skills. I was not greeted properly and I stated that I wanted a drink once I got to the register and get this, I had to get my own cup when normally it is handed to you. The girlwalked away and mind you this was my first time there so I was not sure about grabbing a cup. The one thing that I am happyabout, I can see my food.
This restaurant presents a Mediterranean-inspired take on the Chipotle concept, boasting at least four times the variety of delectable ingredients. The freshly baked pita bread is outstanding as well. You can indulge in a bowl for around $12 to $14, and it’s not just filling, but also healthy and flavorful. I highly recommend it! Plus, there’s a Starbucks right next door. Enjoy your meal!
This is my second visit to Mezah, and while my first experience was excellent, today's visit left much to be desired. The restaurant was not very clean, and they were lacking several items, such as eggplant, pickled beets, spicy feta dip, and pita croutons.

During my last visit, the rice was undercooked, and I had chosen steak as my meat option. I was surprised to find out they charged me an extra $3 for the steak without mentioning it until I got to the register.
This is one of my favorite spots to visit! I usually order takeout since I work close by.
