I didn’t have a good experience at this restaurant. The waitress brought us dishes that we hadn’t ordered, and when we pointed it out, she said we could just leave them because otherwise, they would take it out of her pay. The complimentary bread was burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. We waited about 40 minutes for the chicharrón, only to be told that it wouldn’t be served at all. I found this treatment to be completely disrespectful. We chose this place to celebrate our anniversary with a nice family lunch, hoping to enjoy the flavors of our homeland, but instead, we had a terrible experience. I won’t be returning there again.

We visited this restaurant a few times when they first opened and were quite pleased with the quality and portion sizes of the food. The delivery service was also top-notch. However, during our last experience, my wife felt like she was treated more like an inconvenience than a valued customer when she called in. Since it had been a couple of years since then, we decided to give it another shot on February 27, 2020, wondering if there might be new owners. When we called the restaurant's number, we discovered that the line was out of service.
