Mi Tierrita was fantastic! I arrived late on a Friday night for a quick bite, but I was worried about the time. Our waitress was wonderful; she and the team were very patient and didn’t seem bothered by the fact that it was almost closing time. Even though it was late in the evening, I never felt rushed. We settled in and enjoyed a delicious dinner, and as always, the food was excellent! I highly recommend Mi Tierrita to anyone who loves Colombian cuisine. If you’ve never tried it before, I encourage you to visit and experience it for yourself.
It?s a shame this restaurant is still in business. I haven?t supported them in almost a decade but was forced to last night. They messed up a $160 catering order and refused to be apologetic about it or remedy the situation. Their customer service is non existent? they have the most rude people working there who very clearly hate their job, lives, and selves. Save your money and visit Pollo Sabroson right next door (sadly only take out) or the McDonald?s down the road for a better customer service experience.
Terrible service. My family and I visited for my brother's birthday, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The waitress was rude as soon as we walked in, the kitchen confused a basic mango juice with passion fruit juice, the fries were cold, and the chicken was overly dry. What kind of staff do you have here? It shouldn't take much effort to provide decent service. Completely unacceptable. Given the high prices, this level of service is not worth it.
The food was average, and the waitress was somewhat rude. We had to wait 40 minutes for our meals, even though it was only 5 PM. Unfortunately, the bathroom was in poor condition; there was leaking water from the ceiling, and the floor was soaking wet. Additionally, we were overcharged for our visit.

They really enjoy a Sunday morning dish of mondongo. It's delicious, and the aji is always a great addition. The servers can be a bit rushed, but they are generally friendly. The Brentwood location could use some updates in several areas.
I love eating the food here. However, I tried to order a take out meal recently. The hostess did not speak English. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. No one came to the phone to translate. I will not be returning.
Update, I had the Skirt steak with shrimp, yuummmm. Had the mondongo soup for lunch, huge portion, good taste, Came with rice, beans. nice service, lovely staff. will definitely come back.
The food at this restaurant is amazing. The flavors are spicy and tasty without being too hot. It's a fantastic place to eat with reasonable prices and generous portions.
