super pastry that offers a lot of cakes and cakes/cookies but also breakfasts (waffles, pancakes, granola. all week and croissants and chocolates on the weekend (unbelievable on the edge) that are in addition. place and very pleasant staff.
I love Michel Mabelle, the team is super nice, the place is cute and comfortable. Their pastries on the weekend are amazing. All their gluten-free pastries are delicious. My daughters love their tigers. It's a must in Bordeaux.
I had a real heartburn for this place. A selection of pastries: chocolate bread, apple cuff, cookie, lemon financial, etc. This is the place to go to Bordeaux for gourmets.
I tried several options there and I never been disappointed. Their chocolatine is absolutely delicious and their coffee options with vegetal milk are really tasty.
