I have been ordering pick up from this place for years. It's manned by only 2 people! It's a small and quaint restaurant with decent food. I admit the portions are a lot larger when eating in house rather than take out. The miso soup is delicious! The house salad is good too with cucumbers, carrots and some Mayo/carrot/ginger mix. The soft shell crab was really tasty! It's crunchy and goes well with a dab of soy sauce. The chicken teriyaki bento box was too much for even my eyes . It's always been a tasty dish and very filling. The sauce is flavorful, the California roll (I substituted out of spicy tuna rolls) is decent and fresh. I didn't try the other dishes but the feedback is that they a...

Oof. I can confirm that everything about this place is sticky… the table top and the sushi alike. Fruit flies everywhere. The yellowtail sashimi was roughly cut, tough and stringy. Oh, and sticky. Couldn’t even chew one bite. Did not seem fresh. The California roll, which should’ve been a safe bet, was awful too. The nori was chewy and the rice was stale tasting. I’ve had better sushi from refrigerators in super markets.Sushi chef was friendly, waitress wasn’t friendly at all. Totally unapologetic. Had the nerve to try and impose the $15 minimum on me for a debit card after I returned the inedible sashimi. With so many excellent places on Bell and so many wonderful servers, this place sticks ou...
My favorite sushi place closed so I decided to try this place again. I wasn't impressed with my first experience a year ago, but I decided to give them another chance. My opinion has dropped even lower after last night's takeout. The woman who took the takeout order was rude and considering the place was empty, you'd think they'd be a bit more welcoming but whatever. If you ever want tasteless sushi, this is the place for you. The rice was not fresh and based on the stomachache I still have today, neither was the fish. Never, ever again. Go elsewhere.
Great prices for rolls and there is a lot of selection! The rolls range from speciality rolls to classic rolls. I personally love trying speciality rolls cause I think they're so much fun. The only thing I noticed is that there were very few baked rolls. Sushi fish was fresh. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Overall a great sushi joint. Would definitely come back and try more rolls! Book a table now
Kenta is my favorite hiding sushi restaurant. Since discovering it by accident while looking for parking, I have been to Kenta in the last year a dozen or more times. For the price, it 's EVERYTHING that I love about sushi. The sushi Bento boxes 9/10. It 's small place, best times to dine are before 5p.m. Monday to Thursday.Food: 5/5
This place may look like a hole in the wall, but don't let that fool you! We went in for lunch and dinner, and wow, everything was fantastic! The service was excellent, the flavors were incredible, and the ingredients were fresh. It's a wonderful local spot that proves it's all about the taste, not the appearance!
Food and price is good but I'm giving a 3 star because the packaging was horrible. The container was open and the rolls were outside of the container onto the plastic bag. The soy sauce was upside down so it leaked.

The salad and miso soup were delightful, and the kids really enjoyed the tempura. However, the sashimi wasn't a hit for everyone. Overall, I'd rate the food 4 out of 5.
