The bolognese sauce is very meaty, and perfectly balanced flavor profile. The quantity of sauce is just right too. I like a good amount of sauce over my pasta, and Mike’s does it just right.The Paccheri is cooked perfectly.I am certain that would be just as good, when served over spaghetti or penne, or whatever pasta you would like to eat that day. This food is incredible! If there were six stars, I would give them all. It's truly a hidden gem! Mike and Anna are fantastic. Nancy and I walked in just to say hello to Mike, and he was busy in the kitchen. We were seated immediately, and Mike recommended the specials—oh my goodness, the homemade pasta and desserts were to die for! How often does a chef come to each table to check on your meal? Wow! I was truly amazed from the moment I walked in until I said goodnight. What a spectacular evening! Thank you! The Chicken Burrata Vodka dish was as soft as butter, and the combination of hot sauce with the cold cheese was rich and indulgent. I appreciated the variety of mocktails available for those of us who might have skipped the wine! And the homemade pasta was simply perfect!
My husband and I wanted to try a new place and decided on here. I got Chicken Marsala with Angel hair and my husband got penne vodka. On a whim we decided on tiramisu as well. Everything was delicious and we especially enjoyed the dessert. My husband said everyone was very nice and welcoming when he stopped in to pick it up. We look forward to trying here again!

This place is a great Italian spot. It was highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The meal was delicious and the fresh pasta is fantastic. The service was great as well. Will definitely be going back.
