I want to give this place a thumbs up for value and variety. If you go between 11 a.m- 14:00 you can have a wonderful lunch for only $5. Order at the counter and then seat yourself. Food will be delivered to the table. Really Wonderful fish and chips, 4 donair egg rolls ( Nova Scotia favourite) , salad, sub . Etc. And which ever meal you choose comes with a drink, all for $5. You can't do any better than that in my opinion and lots of my family and friends agree. I had to submit a date of visit but I've been many times when home from Toronto.
I ordered chicken fingers and fries to be picked up at a certain time but had to call back in 5 minutes to change the order to garlic fingers. They did change the order and the fingers looked wonderful. They were gone in 8 minutes!It's always a pleasure to dine in as well as it is relaxing, cozy and with a homey feel. Everyone is happy there. Also the store is a very big bonus as they carry many large units of everyday food items. Thank you and good job!
We had pizza and greek salad from Mike's a few times during our stay in the area. The pizza was the donair pizza great flavour and the large greek salad is definitely the best, fresh and enough to share or to have over a couple of meals. Can't wait to go back!
