10 years in the service industry and 7 years as a Togo specialist and I’ve never had such a bad experience while getting a Togo order in my life. Horrible experience from right when I placed the order. The lady was rude, rushed me off the phone, and didn't even take the order right. She then quoted a 20 minute pickup time, we got there 25 minutes later and ended up waiting a total of 58 minutes for our Togo PASTA. All while watching everyone after us walk in and immediately get handed their food. We finally ask a manager about our food and she says “she’s bagging as fast as she can” and walks away. We get our food a few minutes later and we get out to the car and they had forgotten to give u...
Went here on yesterday for a birthday for 1 with only 3 in the party ..they say it's free meal for birthday but it's $20 off ..ok the prob with this is they charge you for the mesl through the 18%gratuity which is insane and a scam for your money ..they should not say free and then still charge you which ends up being the cost of your full meal anyways ....it's better to just get your food to go and no tip or gratuity .hell they didn't even sing happy birthday which should be included ...makes you wonder what really going on. I visited from Florida with my fiancé to celebrate our two-year anniversary, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! I ordered the Shrimp Scampi, which was decent but a bit too lemony for my taste. I usually don't like to complain about food, but I mentioned it to our server, and she was very understanding and removed the pasta from our bill. Later that evening, we returned for pizza, and it was fantastic! I have to say, their ranch dressing is the best I've ever had.
The restaurant was fantastic! I wish we had been provided plates for our pizza, especially since we had kids with us and all we had were napkins. The pizza was delicious, and the calzone with garlic sauce was the highlight of the meal. Our waiter was a gem and very funny. I highly recommend this place for families!

There is very clearly a sense of pride present in the owners and employees of this charming restaurant. The food is excellent, staff upbeat and pleasant. Portions are very generous. I am definitely looking forward to eating here again.
The service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very crowded. However, the food was delicious.
