My Dad was staying in Milkhotel, he loves it there and stays every time he is in Les Carroz. We had breakfast in there every day, eggs, bread, the most beautiful home made jams, tea, coffee, juice etc. There was a good variety. The dinner was incredible, every day was different with wonderfully cooked meals that tasted amazing, pork, veal, steak etc. I could not recommend the food more! The staff there will do anything they can to help you and are so friendly, they have a fantastic selection of wine and are able to give recommendations when you aren't too sure what you like (me!). I would recommend eating in here, staying here or even just stopping by for some après-ski as it is on the Timal...

This is a convenient place for skiers to stop on a sunny day for a pleasant lunch or maybe just a coffee. Located at the edge of a main ski piste with a sun patio this is definitely the place to be on a nice day avoiding blaring loud music. The service was excellent and very friendly you felt welcome as a guest. The food was excellent and portions large. I definitely recommend the homemade burger with golden fries and leaf salad. Prices were typical of French alpine restaurants but I have to say that this was definitely a place to revisit unlike some others that I would prefer to forget.
We grabbed a quick lunch here and had a look around the common spaces of the hotel looked like a stylish venue. Didn't check out the rooms. Had a Milk burger which was great, the pesto pasta was fairly ordinary. To be honest one of the serving staff was a touch off hand and didn't really exude warmth but I would let that put you off as his colleagues were much more pleasant

Not so much a traditional mountain experience (though the decor is) as a very reliable international restaurant you know you can get a good salad as well as the usual burgers and mountain food. Not cheap but worth it for the excellent execution and the cool atmosphere. You know it is a bit of a formula but who cares since it works well!
This hotel is truly ski-in ski-out. It is literally on the piste and it is down hill to the main cabin in the resort. We have stayed there for years, watching it develop from cheap and cheerful to up market. The only problem is that the old ambiance in the bar has changed to 30 silent people in the lounge staring at their I-PHONES.
Milk is a pretty good place for lunch after a good morning of skiing. Because it has a a great terrace and kind waitresses and the food is very good to. And it's a hotel to so if you are really fond of it you can stay there for your skiing holiday. Tags:#greatPlace#BioFood#hotel
We are staying here for the third time. Hotel on the slopes. Great food. Nice bar. Very suitable for lunch. If you ski in les Carroz go there for lunch. Much better quality then all the overly expensive ‘snackbars’ on the pistes. Perfectly located in the sun.

Cool decor, friendly service, great food and extensive wine list. Thoroughly recommended although worth booking as it gets popular at lunchtime. PS the cafe gourmand is delicious if you’ve got room
Fresh, local and bio products at the right price. Christophe welcomes you at Milk restaurant on a nice terrasse that is actually ON the ski slope. It’s a must-see
