the service was terrible. we were in the restaurant in total about 4 hours. every time we wanted to order, we had to strike someone down. the personal appeared very stressed. a waitress has robbed me a brush peroni and she. was obviously very upset (not complaining about it, it was just an accident) but the drink was not immediately filled up (they even tried to burden us on it and the service was not yet improved. the castle was beautiful, but the red wine sauce was like water. all around us complained and all night seemed very unorganized. overall very disappointing and we are unlikely to be back. the total service was simply unacceptable.
Went for works Christmas lunch so there was a crowd but I'd only rate as just above average. Pro's: Pre-arrival they were accommodating and helpful. Quality of food was good. Polite and pleasant staff Con's: The service was a little slow, portion sizes were on the small side for what we paid. The ladies toilet floor had a hole in it which was a significant trip hazard
Varun was an excellent server and made the experience all the more enjoyable. Gareth was amazing as well and took some great photos of the group and myself. The food was perfect!!
We had a peaceful day at Mimosa, but Gareth and the team's warm welcome made our visit truly special. The food was fantastic, leaving all six of us very satisfied diners!
