I give him a 4 but don't want you to think it's a place to go and eat. It's out. It's good food and fair price. No, they don't speak good English, but it's probably better than your Chinese, they get your order right, it's clean.
Favorite place is the area for Chinese. I drive past many other restaurants just to enjoy their quality food.
