Long wait for table to be ready. Seated at the bar but offered no drinks menu. Wait staff unsure, flustered and clumsy (male, thick accent). Plates were greasy. Not sure if it was the waiters hands or the dishes came out of the machine dirty. Forgot to bring out an entree dish completely. When the mains came out I told the waiter the steak was blue. Raw. We had ordered medium rare. Rather than cook a new steak the chef decided to reheat the steak which is served sliced into thin strips, and I dare say, the chef cooked it about 4% more on the second attempt. We had a thoroughly delightful meal at Miss Moneypenny's. Everything was fabulous. From the cocktails before dinner and the wonderful wine throughout, we were spoiled by great service innovative and beautiful food and in a very pretty and ambient space. Can not complain about a thing. Thanks for the experience. We would return in a heartbeat. We went for an afternoon of Oysters and Spritzers and fully enjoyed the dozen oysters and our drinks. Unfortunately we sat there for 30 to 45 minutes awaiting anyone who wanted to take our next order of food and drinks. Alas, nobody came near us so we left quite disappointed. We had money to spend and belly's to fill and we left and spent our money elsewhere. We've had some great lunches at that venue so we will forgive this time. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Yesterday, our group visited a restaurant and unfortunately, we had a long wait of over an hour to receive a couple of pizzas and sides, which appeared to have been forgotten about. The wait staff seemed inattentive, disinterested, and slow, highlighting a need for better training. While we are willing to pay for fine dining, the service should match the quality of the food. Overall, we rated the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 2.
We had an amazing evening at Miss Moneypennys. The food was exceptional, and the chefs really impressed us with their skills. The bartenders also did a fantastic job, especially with the Mohito.
