the service was very good. I came for the panko encrusted deep fried walleye. this was not a good way to cook this delicate fish. I just tasted, was roast panko. I suggest that the chef changes to the Walleye recipe of my mother: dry porteye filets. they fall in a beaten egg, then cover with comminuted salinaries. put on the counter for 20 minutes. fry in maize oil, to crack on both sides, to taste with salt and pepper.
the baja tuna tacos were fantastic roast! like the pot sliders. many thanks for a delicious pre-theater dinner.
