One of the worst experiences i’ve ever had with MOD pizza. I decided to take my family out for a pizza night. We get there, and there are no booster chairs, the seats are practically worn through to the foam cushion, and when I went to take my daughter to the bathroom and wash her hands there was no soap dispenser in the bathroom. Who knows how long it’s been like that.The service was insanely slow. It almost seemed like none of the staff was taking it serious at all that there was a line out the door. On top of that they were out of basic items like salad dressing, and other toppings. I probably will not ever come back to this MOD.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.
On December 5th 2023 between 6 and 7pm, I received the best service I have ever received and I mean EVER. I normally don't do these review ratings but I just had to share my experience with others and give credit where its due .Go here and if Zach is the manager that is working when you do, then just know that you went on the right day at the right time. I enjoyed the service more than I did my pizza , and I love my pizza. It was just perfection from start to finish, I definitely will back here soon!!! ??
I ordered the create your own mega Dough with red sauce and chicken and bacon. First there was nothing MEGA about the dough. It was thinner than a regular pizza. There was BARELY any sauce or cheese. I was starving so I tried it thinking the flavor might at least be good. It wasn’t. Pizza was DRY and hard. probably because there was no sauce. Horrible. Guess that’s what I get for having an early cheat day. Inedible food. Service: Delivery
Props to the staff that work here, because there is not enough of them. Dirty restaurant, and too many orders for staff to process. Management should look to reduce the number of pizzas that can be ordered online. I can only guess the number of customers that cancel or refund due to terrible service. As an in store customer I would not return due to problems that as staff said, was caused by inundation of online orders. Service: Dine in

Be prepared to wait a really long time. The ordering procedure is confusing also. After you place you order, nobody rang me up. The employees seemed disconnected and unconcerned. Plus there were no forks and no beer op tap. This is an overrated, amateurishly run place. You’re better off going to round table. At least they have beer and forks! Extremely slow, staff does not seem to care in the slightest about either preparing decent food or moving the line along. Quiet and almost empty at lunch time, shocking. Food was served quickly and tasted good.
