I visited this restaurant with my sister this afternoon and I was very impressed with the customer service from the moment we arrived until we left. The manager even accommodated a special request for me by having my watermelon cut into cubes. I wasn't planning to order it since it wasn't offered in slices, but shortly after our food arrived, I believe the manager came over with it. It truly made my day! The food was also delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, team, for your fantastic service today!
The food is pretty good. A recent call in order was not even close to being ready as requested. A $200 order. Then I requested a dozen buns as we forgot to order and it took a good 15 minutes for them to bag them up for us. And they were not busy at all. I hate to post a negative review but feel they earned this one. All they had to do is their job and take care of the customer which seems to be a forgotten concept.
We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. As passionate BBQ enthusiasts always searching for the best, Moe's definitely met our expectations. The sauce was fantastic, and the flavor of the pork was incredible! It was served hot, fresh, and moist; the only downside was that we filled up too quickly. Honestly, it's some of the best BBQ we've ever had!
The bar and barbecue ambiance is great, but the front desk staff could benefit from some training in Southern hospitality. The food was tasty, although it wasn't the best barbecue I've ever had. The side dishes were decent but a bit unremarkable. Parking is available on the street and is metered. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is really cool. Two of my favorites are the fried catfish sandwich and the nachos. You definitely won’t leave hungry! Food rating: 5/5
I really enjoy this restaurant, but it was much better around a year ago. The coleslaw has changed, the side portions are smaller, and the sandwiches used to have higher quality meat and more sauce. It's still good, though!
The restaurant is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. Management isn't in tune with the business operations. Overall horrible customer service.
