Unfortunately I have to rate this Moe's low. (Welcome to Moe's). Why? If you know anything about me you know that I love Moe's, absolutely LOVE it. (Welcome to Moe's). It's better than Chipotle. It might be my favorite fast-food restaurant ever. EVER. (Welcome to Moe's). The homewrecker burrito? Divine. The queso? Resplendent. (Welcome to Moe's). So why the low rating at this location? Because they have a weird habit of closing super early in the afternoon. Like, sometimes they're closed as early as 2pm. Usually I want to eat Moe's at night. Get a good burrito coma going before I go to bed. And the last three times that I tried to go to this location for dinner, they were closed. It hurts me...
Moe's Mexican restaurant offers good food, but inconsistent portion sizes can be disappointing asking for double meats is often necessary . While some staff members are fantastic, others fall short, affecting the overall experience. The location is convenient with ample parking, but the cost per person (20+ feels steep. Given the mixed impressions, I might explore other options, as this Moe's leaves a somewhat sour taste in my mouth. Being the only one in California, it seems they may not feel the need to meet the standards set by other locations.
The quality of the meat was lacking; there was a rubbery piece in my dish. I do want to mention that I arrived about 20 minutes before closing time, and the staff seemed to be in the process of cleaning up, so maybe I should have chosen a different restaurant. The rest of the food was decent, but it was somewhat dry, and the meat was extremely salty. I wouldn't recommend coming here for the beef. It's disappointing, but I don't think I'll return until they offer a better-tasting steak option.
Hello everyone! Captain 619 here with a delightful review for you all. Welcome aboard Moe's! My partner and I made our way north to California's only Moe's location. We enjoyed our usual Homewrecker burritos, chips, and queso. We discovered this gem while exploring the shores of South Carolina. The only downside is that the general public can't visit, as it is located within the US Marine Corps base, Camp Pendleton. Wishing you all smooth sailing, my friends!

Absolutely amazing food and excellent service. I couldn't find a single flaw! I ordered takeout for lunch, and the price was reasonable at around $10–20 per person. I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend the Burrito, Guacamole, and the Steak Homewrecker!

I was surprised to find an additional charge for queso on my bill without prior notice. The employees ' demeanor could have been more courteous, and I found the pricing to be quite high.
Good food with good portions for a fair price. Their fresh salsas are delicious. Service is pretty good and the restaurant is mostly clean.
