For many years, I have dined at several Moe's locations throughout the country and the service, food, and quality has always been very good. For the few recent years, I've noticed that the protein portion size in the meals are a lot less than before while the (overall) cost has increased. Staff at this location was friendly and service was very good. Always love the included chips and salsa with my meals, which most other Mexican chain restaurants don't offer. Very good and delicious variety at the salsa bar. Restaurant was clean, organized, and appeared to be properly maintained. Decent amount of parking available in shared lot.
Love coming to Moe's but today and last time we got veryy small servings for the same price. I was given less than a scoop of chicken and then had to ask 3 times for more of the topping. The lettuce was the only thing in abundance (I believe to make it look fuller). Very disappointing for $15!!! My boyfriend had the very same reaction for a $22 meal. I have only seen this the most recent 2 times so I hope this is not the new norm. Great proportions every time before these.
Worst service ever. I asked for a burrito and she wrapped it poorly. When I asked her to double wrap it, she wrapped it poorly again. The soda machine didn't work. So now I have a bowl with a soggy tortilla under it and no drink. Never come here.
**Parking:** The parking lot needs repairs to ensure proper drainage, as it currently loses 50% of its spots due to standing water.
**Kid-friendliness:** Definitely.
**Wheelchair accessibility:** Yes, but assistance is needed.
