My wife and I have eaten a handful of time here and the customer service was to be expected. Not good. That's good, but the last time my wife tried to order food on the phone she was directed to use the app. Then she tried to use the app she couldn't put into our order. I think it's because we ordered at 8:15. 45 minutes to close the time, the app was switched off the staff did not want to do any work. Then I called several times and the first time it was immediately suspended, suggesting that an employee hit the separator button. The food was good as usual. My problem was the cleanliness of Facilty. The female toilet has water, paper towels and toilet paper on the half floor. The toilet seat edge had also glued dried faeces. In the foyer area, the spice area was covered with dried salsa, spills and used products. One of the large lids had shelter on the lids. The beverage area was sprayed with liquids. There were other objects with sanitary problems, I just wanted the customer to warn against the visibly disgusting conditions. Most of the moes we were before were very clean, just not these.
I just visited Moes's and was very disappointed. The chicken was served cold, the floors and tables were dirty, and the garbage cans were overflowing. I highly recommend going to California Burrito instead, as they always have a clean restaurant and serve delicious food.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. However, we were surprised to find out that we had to pay extra for white meat chicken, as this was a first for us at a restaurant like this.
