A place has to really be bad for me to leave a review. Infact I’m still in the restaurant waiting on my order I placed an hour ago on the app. Their slogan “order ahead skip the line” doesn’t apply here. This is the second time I have ordered and then had to wait for over 30 min after my arrival for my order. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. It’s now 6:50 and it’s not done. When I asked when my order would be ready the worker mumbled and walked off. There’s cross contamination of employees touching the register with their gloves then turning around to bag chips and help make the food. There is trash all over the floor the drink machine area needs to be wiped. I won’t return to this...
I would strongly advise against placing a to-go order or opting for delivery from this restaurant. I ordered delivery, and my food didn’t arrive until an hour later. When it finally did, it was incorrect. Several items I paid for were missing from the bowls! One dish was missing an entire protein, and another was missing many of the vegetables I had requested. Whenever we dine in, we never encounter these issues, so I’m unsure what went wrong this time. They need to improve their service because this experience was disappointing.
I ordered a chicken bowl and an order of nachos. I was very disappointed with the serving of the nachos. It seems like if you want the chips on the side so they don't get soggy, they barely give you any ingredients. In comparison, my homewrecker bowl was full. I hope they fix this because it just made me want to cancel this order and go over to Chipotle. ? I genuinely hope my next visit is better.
I ordered delivery. I haven’t ate at Moe’s in years. Decided to try today. Wish I had the energy to go myself because I was missing a lot of ingredients. The burrito was good. But I couldn’t enjoy it like I wanted to. No corn salsa, no sour cream, no lettuce and no pico ?. The burrito smelled really good and tasted fresh. Still dissatisfied.

The staff is not friendly when you enter; they don't greet you. The older lady is particularly rude and doesn't say anything at all. I don't understand why this location continues to decline.
I love this location. Customer service is amazing. My burrito bowl is always delicious and don’t get me started on that pico! Bombbbbb! Will return. Always do
Nasty attitudes, 30 min wait even when it’s 2 ppl in front of you. Sorry ssa workers. Needs new management. 15$ burrito the size of a 1$ Taco Bell burrito
Whoever manager is on 3/11/24 lost moes business, over $4 should have honored the Monday special, not sure if you wanted a drink with your 1 star….thanks

I had an excellent experience with the customer service, and the food is consistently delicious and fresh! The manager is fantastic too.
If nobody’s at the register the person at the register needs to be helping THE ONE PERSON on the line
