Had to throw out a large order from this place because the meat was old/ undercooked and the bread/fries were stale. When I called about the issue Mark (who is apparently is the manager) was handing the situation in a very rude manner, saying he wasn’t going to refund my order because he was the one who made the food and hung up on me. Steer clear of this place if you want your food fresh and don’t feel like dealing with unprofessional managers. How can you mess up a burger, right? Well, some people can. Mark, the burger Chef here, did the opposite of this. He made our burgers into a masterpiece. I had the Double Diablo. It was INCREDIBLE! Holy cow, was it good. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. It was thick, juicy, and worth every bite. The price was extremely fair, considering how great it was. Thank you, Mark. I will be coming back every chance I get and would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates burgers.
We arrived at 8:40 PM, just 20 minutes before the restaurant was set to close. However, the staff informed us that they were already closed and could not take our order. This was an entirely unacceptable experience that needs to be taken seriously. It was quite embarrassing for the establishment. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.
The fries could be fresher, but the burger is absolutely delicious. This restaurant is a fantastic option for a takeout lunch, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. Both the food, service, and atmosphere all earn a solid 4 out of 5 rating.
