Tried to place a home delivery order by phone, but was cut off half way through. Called back and completed order. Told operator that we would pick up the order, as it would take too long to deliver. Went to collect order only to be told that it had already been sent for delivery!!! Luckily we got home before it arrived. Wanted to pay by card, only to be told by delivery guy that he couldn't do this and we had to pay cash. But the operator when we called said we could pay the delivery person by card!!! Hopeless....so no tip given or deserved!!! Rating would have been lower if the food had not been ok.
As far as pizza goes, there is nothing in 10k's of here that comes close to the quality of the pizza's being made here, never bought anything else so cant comment on that. The wait times can get long at busy times but its easy to avoid by ordering early, pretty sure most locals would know this. Never had an issue with the owner and when you can afford to employ the number of staff they have it suggests he is making enough people happy to stay in business so he must be doing something right.
Just come home from Mordi Pizza and will never go back! The food was average but the customer service from the owner/Manager was terrible. Ordered a small fettucine carbonara for my granddaughter when the bill came charged me the same as an adult serve questioned it and all the manager did was yell at me in front of customers, if this is the way he treets his customers a wonder anybody goes their, charged me $17 for a childs serveWill never go back
Popped in for a quick bite on a Thursday night, the place was reasonably busy. Ordered spag bol and carbonara pasta and 2 pizzas. The service was good, the waitress friendly. The food was quick to arrive and was pretty yummy. Had a couple of glasses of the house wine and a beer. The wine was not too bad for $6, huge glassful! The food def hit the spot and we were pretty happy with the price also. . Would definately come back here

Ordered a delivered pizza at 5:55Was told 45 minutes. No worries it's Saturday. Rang at 7:00 and told its on its way. After a second phone call arrived at 7:30. The person who took my call had wrong address and wrong phone number. It's 7:33 I'm eating COLD pizza. Lesson - make the person repeat the address and phone number back to you to check.
Ordered online via Just Eat. Placed order at 16:23. Food arrived at 18:43. Rang, and rang, and rang, and rang. 10 yr old & 5 yr old starving. Girl on phone nice enough & apologetic. Delivery driver threw the food at us and literally ran away. Exceptionally unimpressed. Expected much better :-(
Nice traditional pizza for a good price, but terrible service. It's not the first time we've had poor service. Will not give them any more chances, won't be back
Always order the same thing. Linda's Vegan Pizza. Lots of vegies. Very tasty. Peppers, garlic pumpkin, tomato of course. And lots of other vegetables.
