We were a group of 5 having dinner at Morks on a Wednesday evening. The layout is modern, the place was busy but we did not feel overwhelmed by the crowd - it added to the ambience. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The menu is very interesting with many variations on traditional Thai themes. We decided to opt for the deluxe banquet at $68 pp. The food was absolutely delicious and not one dish disappointed. We had a great time.
Good quality Thai with a good modern layout. There were a decent number of us for a birthday lunch and we didn't elect for the banquet and decided to go for one each of the mains as it sounded like a bettery choice and had an exceptional meal. Service was attentive initially and friendly but they missed a few of our drinks and required prompting for the same. Otherwise a good experience and will be back if I come back to ACT.
Dined here a few times now and have tried almost every item on the menu. Entrees and desserts exceeded expectations, however, mains were disappointing. Average at best considering the price and given the small portions. I'd recommend ordering the banquet (4 or more people) as that showcased their best dishes and was significantly better in value.
Morks' menu presented quite a variety and quality of mod Asian. As there was quite a few of us, we chose the first banquet option. Service was quite slow and poorly paced for the whole evening, despite the food being quite nice. The smaller starter dishes by far exceeded the quality of the mains. Always amazing! So fresh and full of flavours! We had the chili jam squid and angel prawns. The flavours were so delicious! For a main we shared the duck curry, pork belly and the greens! Yes it's a little expensive but you can't complain when the quality is always outstanding!
Delicious banquet for four - great options and they also happily catered for one gluten free within our party. They seem to want to get people out early, packing up around you - but other than that, enjoyed everything we tried & would happily come again.
Been here three times in the last month. Every time has been excellent. The food is fresh, fast and best of all, delicious. Great value and good service top off an excellent night out. Well done to Mork, Benn and the team. Keep up the great work.
Great food, but a bit noisy and service is variable - some top rate service, with some who would rather be somewhere else. Wine list is international, with a few local Canberra region wines. Book a table now
Gorgeous presentation, simply delicious and oh so fresh, really enticing twist on Thai cuisine. Very friendly service.. Only negative, the price was a little high especially for drinks
