I have always encountered friendly staff although turnover is very high in this brand. I think management only cares about their profits and not about customer satisfaction. When we see the queue to buy a baguette (often 20 minutes), we wonder why nothing is done... The boss must take advantage of several positive criteria, including the parking right in front and the central position of the store. But when we know that most of the items are defrosted and that at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday morning some of the breads are already gone, we say to ourselves that it is better to look elsewhere and never come back.... done !
