I had read some unkind reviews about this place, but decided to give it a try anyway. My wife and I ordered, me an oat milk latte and my wife a tea, accompanied by a plum pie and a blueberry scone. The young lady who served us was very polite and helpful, and the drinks and food were very good. My wife’s plum pie was the best she has had, and my coffee was excellent, as good as any I’ve had on our holiday so far. All topped off by a lovey view from the deck. Overall a great experience, and we will be back there today for more coffee and tea.
We had not been to this cafe on previous visits to Gairloch, so decided to stop off for a snack. It looks quirky and intetesting. Unfortunately the person seving was rather abrupt, and not very helpful. We had soup that was ok, but lacking in flavour. The bread that came with it was a little stale. We have been visiting this coffee shop for many years and it was good to be back. The coffee is excellent and there is a lovely range of home-made scones, muffins, pies, cakes etc etc which are all fresh and delicious. It opens at 9.00 which is an advantage as several others cafes in the area have later opening times. The cafe is adjacent to an excellent bookstore st one can enjoy coffee and cakes and also a good browse.
I saw bad reviews about this place but we went almost daily for a week and served by a really nice and helpful man and coffee was great. Bad reviews seem to be about a female owner but we were always served with courtesy even at very busy times by this man

Quirky place, a little taste of the Himalayas in Scotland. Vert calm, quiet and chilled inside. Lots of books about Everest plus bookshop attached to the cafe. Fabulous coffee and delicious cakes. Warm and welcoming. Dogs welcome!
The only restaurant we returned to during our stay. Although it may be a bit pricey, it's worth it when you're on vacation. We only did takeout, so I can't speak to the service, but the food was delicious.
This is a charming place to visit for a delicious cup of coffee or tea in a variety of flavors. They offer large scones and provide excellent service, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.
The coffee and scone were decent, but a bit expensive. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. This will be my first and last visit to this place.

Popped in for a coffee and a cake. Both were very nice. There was plenty of choice. I had the homemade Blackcurrant scone.
Absolutely delicious coffee. And the cakes looked fabulous. An interesting wee bookshop attached too
