"The order was wrong, and on top of that, the food didn't taste good either."

Pizza is below average and has to be the rudest staff In town. Other than the two HS girls who work the front everyone in there acts like they are doing you a favor. The guy running the place in the front has 0 social or customer service skills and thewaiters all seem like they hate their job. Overall in simple a bunch of miserable people the food ls not anybetter. UPDATE: I have since returned and the guy making the pizza with no customer service skills seems to be gone. The newguy is professional and courteous. Although he don?t make the pizza that too has improved. I also have had a few other disheswhich are very good. Overall seems all the workers have much better attitudes, I guess they...

I dined here about a year ago and had a slice of pizza that I found to be decent. Recently, I had a craving for cavatelli with broccoli, so I decided to come back for an early dinner, and I was completely satisfied. They served me a generous portion, and I had enough leftovers to enjoy later that evening. The dish was delicious, and they even provided some bread. My waitress, Sirlene, was very attentive and quick, which made a big difference; it's always nice to have someone pleasant and caring serving you. So, I give an A for the service as well. Parking was not an issue at all, as there are plenty of spots available in the front. I will definitely return.

As always, the food was delicious; however, the service left much to be desired. We had to wait quite a long time for our food. Our entrees were served first, then our appetizers, and finally my salad arrived. It was impossible to enjoy the meal as everything came out nearly at the same time, so we ended up taking most of it home. While we would consider ordering takeout in the future, we won't be dining in again. This experience was especially disappointing since it was the anniversary of my husband's passing, and we had held his repast at this very restaurant.

Since the new owners took over, the quality of this restaurant has declined. The square pies, in particular, are not as good as they used to be; the sauce just doesn't compare to what it used to be. While prices have risen, the overall quality has suffered. It’s still a decent Italian restaurant, but it feels like it has taken a few steps backward in recent years. It also seems like they are updating the menus on the wall, as they were completely absent, which added a rather gloomy atmosphere. It's unfortunate. Book a table now

I would advise against visiting this restaurant. No matter what you order, you’ll likely receive something completely different. This isn't just a one-time issue; it's a recurring problem. If you have any allergies, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. After being a loyal customer for over 30 years, I can genuinely say you should consider dining elsewhere if you want to avoid disappointment. This restaurant doesn't even deserve a single star.

This used to be my go-to pizza place because of its convenience. However, the pizza is just average at best. Tonight, I specifically requested a freshly made pizza roll, but when I picked it up, it was clear that it had been sitting out for a long time. To make matters worse, the manager or owner was very rude, and I won’t be coming back. Save your time and try one of the many other tasty (and friendly) options nearby.

I wouldn’t recommend the Chicken Milanese, as it had a peculiar taste reminiscent of scrambled eggs. The coating seemed to be made with an egg wash instead of the traditional breading used in Milanese dishes. The Penne Vodka, priced at $18, tasted like it came from a jar; the pasta was watery and lacked flavor. This was my first experience ordering here, and it will definitely be my last.

I ordered a plain slice of pizza and a cup of water. They charged me $3.25 for the slice and $1.75 for a cup of tap water! When I inquired about the price, the staff member simply said it was for the water. This clearly shows how little they care about their customers. I felt cheated being charged for tap water. I have to say no matter what time if day the food is fresh and delicious! Our last two visits were right before closing and the pizzas were perfect. Often times I found other places undercooked them to close up kinda expected the same. I was verypleasantly surprised.
