Last Friday evening we decided to order fish and chips at your restaurant. The order was called in and I was told that the order would be ready in 25 minutes. Travelling from Waterford, I allowed travel time to arrive. I ordered 2 Halibut dinners, each 8.95, according to your website and menu.I waiting 20 minutes in the restaurant for my order to be done and was entertained by a staff member talking about her personal experience at a bar.When I finally got home, I received no condiments at all and the I was charged 42.95! her phone doesn't work. no alternative number to call. new hours are 4pm-8pm Tuesday to Saturday. Online orders only from what I see. I have placed my order on 439 clock and was only accepted 522 clock. it was finished at 535. that's fast. the service was okay. .the 4 large Pommes part does not look like 4 portions. the dame poured the engraving out of a glass cup I suspect it was heated in the microwave. they get 4 plastic transmitters of tartaric acid sauce for 10 pieces pollock. I asked for more and for three more. the food is good. battered mushrooms are homemade and good. fish was fat. they use paper take out container that is amazing.
we were recommended to go here and wow they were right, his great! halibut was fresh, crispy. the staff was super nice, even gave us a few small pieces before we ordered. they can say that the teig is homemade, the fish hand submitted. we also ordered poutine jalapeños poppers, yum yum. definitely recommend any fish n chip lovers. great first visit. will be back.

My fiancee and I are new to Brantford and we wanted to have some Fish and Chips. We passed this place many times and we always wanted to go here. Once we came in we were welcomed by the polite workers and they was very pleasant to talk to. I had the Cod and Haddock they were amazing! Please check out this place!
I have been a customer for a few years now and I can’t say enough good things about Mr.Chips. The food is fresh and hot, great blue for the money v, the owners and staff a wonderful people and I highly recommend them to anyone who loves a good crunchy thick piece of amazing fish!!
it was not said that it is least. the 2 pieces haddock dinner ordered. wasted. Tartar sauce is mayo. that's it. only mayo. at least tries tartaric acid sauce. they add some pickle or something. fries were well understated. soft, but hard in the center. as if they didn't even try.
Super friendly service and the best halibut i've ever had soo soo good! I can't wait to go back again with another friend.
