Soft and juicy with a crackling skin Mr Crackles specializes in roast pork belly and the menu extends to include lamb shoulder and crumbed chicken in a roll. They are located in Darlinghurst with minimal stool seating available. Due to limited seating, ideal for take away. I read how good the roast pork was that we decided to grab a roll for the drive home. We had to try the Crackles Classic so we ordered 2. The roll was topped with thick juicy and tender pieces of 5 spiced roast pork belly and Asian salad. My husband is not a fan of Asian salad that he asked for it to be substituted with lettuce and they swapped it over with some rocket free of charge. The pork was tender and well...read mo...

This pork belly is fantastic, just melts in your mouth, some of the best around. The roll has a bit more pork than a typical pork roll and a lot less salad, so it fits fine in the roll. However, if they ignore your request and give you a baguette instead, it just can’t fit and spills out the top and onto the floor. And the pork may be good but you can get good pork rolls for half the price.
I recently had the pleasure of trying a delicious pork crackling roll from Mr. Crackles. The pork was juicy and flavorful, and the slaw was a refreshing complement. The crackling cup was incredibly crispy, almost deafeningly so, but that just added to the experience. A touch of salt on the crackling would have made it perfect in my opinion, but overall I would still give it a 10/10 rating.
crackles classic: amazing crackling cup : big what a joy it was to finally get my hands on a sexy gay cat role by mr. crackles. the black was juicy and the shy was refreshing. the crunchy cup was so crispy that he could not eat, but there was no complaining. I think to sprinkle a little salt on the cracks and it would be a 10/10. Book a table now
Friendly staff and heard plenty of good things about this place tried it after a night out which was good that it was open late! A lot to pick from although a little bit expensive for just a sandwich and its more or less for pork lovers
belly dick! the sandwiches and salads are amazingly tasty slowly roasted bubbly gay, plentiful crunchy and slightly fresh salad. the real French style bag was a great note. a little expensive, but beautiful, but expensive!
So good! The roll is quite pricey because you would be able to get a similar alternative at other stores. However, it nevertheless has a great crackling and the bbq pork roll was delicious :
have a few paintings and have tried the bogan, char sui bun, hühnerkatsu and lamming. no disappointment, char sui is the new favorite. pork boiled to perfection. as they are open to late. Book a table now
Small, takeaway set up. Friendly staff. Decent variety on the the menu. The food was decent and well prepared. Probably need a few more chairs for those who want to sit in.

"My girlfriend really enjoys thirsty bird, but I think it's just average. The fried chicken is pretty typical, but the pickles stand out as unique."
