One of the staff then asked , what we ordered, (I rather hoped they would know) told them chicken and meat balls still to come. We always try and drop by whenever we stay in Clare. This time we had dinner rather than lunch. It was busy of course being a Friday night but the quality of the food remained excellent. We love the tapas - all of them. Perhaps the only thing that stopped me from rating Mr Micks excellent this time was that a couple of the dishes were only luke warm - nothing really concerning and certainly won't stop us from dropping by again next year for another birthday celebration.
We had a late lunch on Saturday and arrived early so went to the cellar door for some tasting. Amy is an absolute delight, she is knowledgeable, very friendly and pays a lot of attention to each and everyone.Lunch was just perfect! as was the wine we chose to go with it. We have been many times and we will visit gain when visiting Clare.
We returned for another delicious meal of tapas despite our previous experience of poor service. Once again we weren't disappointed with the food. It was beautiful. The staff, this time however, were terrific. Friendly, efficient and happy. Made for a much more pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Had a really good wine tasting in the afternoon then came back for an excellent tapas meal in the evening.Good range of foods, highlighting Australian cuisine. The kangaroo was excellent. Wine is very good value and nicely paired to food. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Very enjoyable tasty tapas style meal. Excellent attentive staff, great ambiance and extremely well priced, couldn't fault. Given the quality and price of food and wine they put a lot of city restaurants to shame! We will be back!
Wanted to eat at Mr Mick's for a long time and finally made it. Was as good as I'd hoped. Tapas menu was varied and everything was delicious. Wines are also very nice. Will plan another visit.
