Excellent hidden gem to go to for brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, or simply a relaxing drink or snack. Set in what used to be the stables of Strelley Hall, the cafe has kept the unique features and heritage, giving the place a unique character. The food is freshly made using locally supplied ingredients, and the drinks are also locally sourced wherever possible. I chose the halloumi and chick pea salad, which was delicious and filling. There are plenty of choices covering all dietary needs. Seating is available both inside and out. Parking is free. Can become very busy at weekends. There are also a few independent shops to browse through. Well worth a visit.

Such a disappointment. Arrived 11.15 am to have breakfast. Waited at outside counter to be served but no one came to window. Queued inside only to be told that it was too late to be served breakfast as it had gone past 11.30 by 5 minutes. Explained that I had been waiting to be served since 11.15 and could they make an exception. Told ‘no because chef was now preparing lunch!’ Makes no business sense at all 2 dissatisfied customers who went elsewhere and business loses income!

Fabulous place to go for lunch, offering a wide variety of choices suitable for many dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan. Situated in the hidden village of Strelley as part of the Strelley Hall estate, the cafe is based in what was originally the stables, and the features have been well preserved. Portions were generous and mouthwateringly tasty. Very good value for money. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Car park is free of charge.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the homemade scones. The paninis are very nice as well, but it's disappointing that they no longer come with the homemade coleslaw. However, I do feel that the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes.
