It's as though these fools have never even had BBQ. I have eaten BBQ in all the southern states. I ain't never had slop like this. And it is slop. These jokers need to go get a refund on their culinary education. Or slap their mama for telling them they were good at cooking.Over cooked, over seasoned, over rated. Practically ruined my day. Worst food I ever ate anywhere. Greasy, wet, like wet with water.Why not try one style of food to start then work your way up to Michigan ng things together once you get good at it. Wasted my lunch money.
Munchies is the best bbq pace in the area, hands down. Alfred and his daughter run it and always have a smile! Where else can you get a great lunch for under $6??!! Tucked into Mount Dora Marketplace in beautiful downtown is the perfect spot to grab lunch and eat at a nearby park or bench, people watch or enjoy live music. If you haven’t tried Munchies Live, you’ve gotta go!

We enjoyed some delicious brisket and collard greens, as well as the best black-eyed peas my husband and I have ever tasted. The Carolina sauce is truly authentic and has the right consistency—just as it should be! We will definitely be back!
Great BBQ with fantastic service! The meat had a flavorful dry rub and a nice smoke ring. It was juicy and full of taste. However, the meal that was served was a bit on the cold side.
Chicken was burnt, I asked for all white meat and received all dark meat. Apple slaw was more like apple sauce. Only thing that was great was the Jerk sauce
