to start off their food has never disappointed me. great sushi and not too bad prices. but the customer service is off. i placed an online order recently my friend was going to pick it up but had a few errands to run first. i had set the pickup time for 11:30, at 12 the restaurant called saying my food was ready. i assured them someone would be coming but they are stuck in traffic. at 12:30 they called me again and the person on the phone literally was yelling at me saying my food has been ready for an hour why haven't i picked it up yet. mind you the food was already paid for so i really don't see why it sitting there was bothering them so much that they called and yelled. they had just ope...
I have been dining at this restaurant for years, even since they were located near the Wawa. Despite some reviews claiming it's unwelcoming, I can honestly say that the owners have always been incredibly kind to me; they greet me every time I visit and are genuinely good people. The food is exceptional, and the restaurant is always clean—I’ve never once left feeling dissatisfied! It's important to remember that they are human, and during busy times, they do their best to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. I've never had any issues with delivery, either. If you're considering trying this place, I wholeheartedly recommend it!
The food we received was middle of the road the $14 specialty rolls were great for $7 standard rolls. Not very flavorful, even though they were spicy rolls. The worst part was we ordered 4 rolls (among other things) and received only 2. Our order was also minus a bubble tea. When we called the restaurant, they questioned us repeatedly and literally yelled at us on the phone. They also told us to send the food back if we wanted a refund. Horrible customer service. The food is not worth the abuse.
Dont order from here. I used to love this place but recently i cant get a hold of them. Today i tried for a half an hour to call them and it doesnt ring for the full time leaving me to think they are just hanging it up after a few moments so it looks like they were busy. I mean 1 call is fine to miss but in a half hour i called 7 times and nothing. Its also expensive and for the same price i could get a shrimp hibachi from ichiban with both noodles and fried rice.

The minute I walked in there , I felt an unsatisfied feeling. They were very unwelcoming. The lady there seem like she didn’t want to take my order. The energy there need to be more welcoming. I will never step foot in there for anything. I’ll take my money else where. PASS!
This place is awesome! The Hibachi dinners as well as their sushi rolls are top notch!! Thankful I live right next to this Japanese restaurant in the apartment complex next door. Highly recommend!! ?
This restaurant is fantastic! Their California tempura roll is absolutely delicious. I visit this place frequently since it's conveniently located near my home.
I ordered sushi, and the next morning, both my friend and I experienced stomach aches and diarrhea. That was the only food I had eaten that day.
