Overall, this restaurant was mediocre. The service was great, but the food was not good. However, this is not entirely their fault as the dishes are basically just quick preparations thrown together in a minute. The flavors were not bland, but they were not good either, mostly coming from the sauce rather than quality ingredients. I prefer actual beef over minced beef, and the lack of quality ingredients was disappointing. Information about the dish's ingredients should be provided on the menu. The menu was limited, but this is understandable. I probably would not return to this restaurant, but the availability of pre-made kimchi could attract some customers.
Dropped in for lunch, we had three Bibimbabs, the Korean beef Famous Bulgogi and the Angry Calamari...brilliant blend of rice, vegetables and the meat fish, all brought together by great Korean sauces. A couple of kimchi dumplings on the side...perfect. Kept us going for the rest of our afternoon, thank you!
We ordered 3 meals, but only 2 were delivered. We waited for the third meal, but it never arrived even though we were reassured it was coming soon. It was evident that they had forgotten about it and were reluctant to admit their mistake. After waiting for an hour, we still did not receive the missing meal.
Friendly and patient service from the staff as I built my order, food was fresh, colourful delicious, ready in a couple of minutes and devoured almost as quickly. One of my favourite places to eat in Brighton, based on my own experiences, it's been consistently excellent for years!

Namul Bibimbab is my new favourite food. Made fresh to order. Start with a base of rice or noodles, then add the veg and choice of sauce. Healthy and delicious!

Under £10 for a Korean Bibimbap. Pour sauce mix it with rice. Decent good lunch. Beware some ingredients are extra costs.
