Ordered a take out in time for the Boks vs Wales game. Having eaten Nando’s whilst living in South Africa (where it originates from) the food was of very poor quality. The chicken livers were chopped up with no sauce at all, the accompanying Portuguese roll which you’re supposed to use to soak up said non existing sauce didn’t arrive. The fives sticks of halloumi arrived as two skinny slices laid at the bottom of a large box of air. The grilled miele was only grilled in one stripe not all over and was over cooked and dry. The coleslaw wasn’t too bad. The boneless thighs were surprisingly dry and lack lustre. Over all the meal was very disappointing and a very pale comparison to the authentic...
The last few times I have ordered from this restaurant, my order has been consistently incorrect. The first time, they forgot to include the extra items I ordered with my wrap (halloumi and sauces). The next time, the wrap was mostly filled with lettuce and sauce, leaving very little meat. Today, when I ordered a wrap with BBQ sauce, they mistakenly put the hottest sauce I have ever tasted. While I enjoy spicy food, my mouth is currently on fire and my eyes are watering. Additionally, they put peri seasoning on my plain chips, which was disappointing as none of my order was as I had requested. Since I ordered through deliveroo, I am unable to seek assistance or make any changes to my order.
we visited this restaurant after a movie in cineworld on afternoon. the place was clean and there were many employees available. we had a gift card that lowered the cost, otherwise I think it's overpriced. eating was nice enough that we both had peri peri huhn with chips and a side salad and a small bottle expensive sagres beer. we were served by a commendable young man named zak, who changed our order politely, as it was something wrong. ps the ladies and gentlemen toilets were not well kept as we used them to review regularly
It's always a decent experience at Nando's, ideal for me wanting a quick meal whilst travelling on business, but also wanting something tasty. There's rarely much of a queue here, but neither it is dead, and service is always good and speedy, ideal when dining alone.

Food was decent but on the small side- maybe this is just Nandos though. Greeter was nice however no attentiveness from staff who just mostly stood around- had to find the drinks machine and cutlery myself. Could do with refills over there etc Clean throughout.
Clean and tidy nice staff, but it was my 1st and last visit to any Nando's Can't say food was rubbish or distasteful, just extremely expensive and not too our palette
Went late afternoon on a Friday so was pretty quiet. Service was good, food came quickly. Food was okay, mashed potatoes was not good, very dry, but otherwise okay.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly and quickly prepared our takeout order when they saw we had other food that was getting cold.
