The manager was friendly when taking my order, but was unsure about which dishes were gluten-free or could be modified. When my food was brought out, an "allergy" flag had been placed in my chicken and the sides from another party's order were mistakenly placed on my plate. This included garlic bread on top of my chicken. After bringing this to their attention, they apologized and offered a complimentary dessert as a further apology. However, the dessert they brought out contained gluten, which was the original issue. When I mentioned this, they took the dessert away and never returned. Overall, not a place I would recommend.
Service shocking Ordered our food , starters came before the drinks. Staff didn’t even realise we didn’t have drinks. Then the mains came, we had no knives, we told three people in which they said they would get us some. All three of the staff kept waking past our table like we hadn’t even asked them, I had to get up out my seat to ask again in which my reply was ‘they are going through the wash now’. My chicken is now cold. Knives arrived 15 mins after our mains were put on the table, no apology, nothing. Worse Nando’s I’ve eaten at
Terrible. Ok so Nandos uses an App now to order your food while your sat at a table in Nandos. My screens knackered on my phone so I wanted to order through a person and.. I couldn't. Terrible staff, rude and lacking some people skills. Maybe Nandos wants to go all digital but me and the family left and went elsewhere so they are loosing custom now.
Short wait for a table where the front of house took my name and number and messaged when the table was ready. Blue light codes quickly obtained. Drinks came extremely fast. Food wait was perfect, not rushed but not taking forever. Food was hot and lovely. Waiters were friendly so tipped accordingly

Extremely helpful! The waitress brought the manager for us since we needed an allergy menu. They showed us the allergy chart and ensured that all our food was prepared separately. The waiter even washed his hands before serving our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.
we cost our meal here. our server, Erin, was really helpful. she recommended some great dishes and was very attentive. Eat came fast, although it was a busy Saturday night. will definitely come back soon.
The restaurant provides good and quick service, with attentive staff. The fast turnover of tables means that there is minimal waiting time for walk-in customers. The food is cooked well.
Peter exceeded all expectations - what a kind man! The food was fantastic and came out promptly. We were seated right away upon walking in. We will definitely be coming back.
