It is still the best of the 3 Nandos that we have visited in Australia. It was clean and quiet. The server was polite and helpful. We refused to use the website to order food. It is a STUPID concept in ALL restaurants. You cant see the photos clearly, it does not match the real menu (ever). And you cant collaborate as a group to decide what you want. SO we ordered manually, the guy was polite and helpful about it. The food was tasty. We had ordered a burger and 2 Superfuel salads with chicken. My only comment is that my food was not HOT as ordered, it was mild.
As mentioned in other person’s googlereviews, the counter girl was in so hurry and hesitant towards our questions. Obviously group orders are not easy but the service staff should know that and have some patience. Very poor service, she said she gonna bring cutlery to us but never came to our table. Never met such rude and inpatient person in the Hospitality field. The guys who brought foods to our table was nice. After ruining the interest and mood at counter; the food was good.
We were not really sure what we wanted to do for dinner and spotted nandos! The staff were friendly, we were able to go straight in right at dinner time and get good seating. Food didn't take very long, and it was all really nice, I had a veggie burger and husband had paella. The highlight was the sauce dip that came with the haloumi sticks. Only negative thing was mains didn't come our together. But it was only a short time between them coming out. Would go again!
Man the owner of this restaurant needs to change the staff memebers. They don’t even care if anyone walks in or walks out and doesn’t serve you well. They have a group of friends working together saying bad stuff in their language which I could relate to in their language. Seriously. My favourite restaurant but the disrespectful behaviour stopped me from coming in future

We had a great meal at this restaurant, as the food was both affordable and delicious. We ordered a half chicken with chips and a chicken wrap, which were both fresh and served quickly. One of the best parts was being able to order from our table by scanning a QR code, which saved us from waiting in line. Overall, we had a positive experience.
This restaurant serves some of the most delicious grilled chicken you will ever try! I always order the spiciest option and it is cooked to perfection every time. The combination of tanginess and heat in the sauce is absolutely amazing. I love it from start to finish.
Nando's is a paradise for those who love chicken. A few months before lockdown, I had the pleasure of enjoying their delicious grilled chicken with Nando's signature peri peri sauce, along with a tasty burger and some peri peri chips.
Ordered a chicken supremo wrap and chicken BLAT in a pita with large chips. No chips, food arrived lukewarm. Tried to call the store, directs to a 1300 number. No way of knowing if the store or driver is at fault. Do not recommend

We love the food at Nandos, friendly staff who are willing to assist you, the manager apologised for our wait time. Food was good as always. Maybe will not recommend to arrive without a booking for big groups.
We came here pretty regularly and it was fairly consistent. Staff was really nice and the food was usually great. Sometimes the chips were cold but other than that it was good.
